Claudia's Catering has been providing quality catering in the Methow Valley since 1994. I love to cook and entertain. Catering special events such as weddings, anniversaries, family reunions, etc allows me to devote my career to these passions.

My menus include old world family recipes handed down over three generations of Italian chefs along with numerous nouvelle cuisine dishes acquired through professional culinary classes and work experience.
