  • December 2000- The Art of Catering in Portland, Oregon for 300 people

  • November 2000 - Subaru America Promotional World Class Performance in Savannah, Georgia for a 50 person international press group

  • September 2000- Opening Gala for Portland's Chinese Gardens in Portland, Oregon for 600 people.

  • September 2000 & 2001- Museum of Modern Art's Annual Fundraiser in Portland, Oregon for 2,500 people

  • July 2000- Assistant Culinary Director for the International Pinot Noir Festival in McMinnville, Oregon for 1,000 people.
